2.1 The Committee received evidence from the Welsh Local Government Association on the Bill.

3.1 This item was postponed and would be re-scheduled.
4. Local Government Byelaws (Wales) Bill: Consideration of Evidence (Private Session)
4.1 The Committee resolved to exclude the public from item 4 of the meeting in accordance with Standing Order 17.42(vi):
